She's more of a conceptual drawing than a character. I did her out of a conversation with a friend of mine about this scene. A geisha that's not really a geisha, but an Yakuza spy/killer that got busted and found holding that katana. She knows she's not hiding it well, but it doesn't really matter, for that smile is the last thing the person will ever see in this world.
